INFORMATION CONCERNING THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall expire after 30 days from the day you take possession of the goods or from the day a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you takes possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, i.e.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of normal delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any charges in connection with this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until you have received the item or until you provide us with proof of return, whichever event occurs first.
Please send back or hand over the item to us, promptly and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminution in the value of the item resulting from your use of the item other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
